Just Passing Through

Fresh from the Atlantic Cup, the Class 40 Sevenstar Yacht Transport stopped at Maine Yacht Center on its way to the start of the Quebec-St. Malo Race.  The crew dropped off the blade jib at Maine Sailing Partners for some quick repairs before the race.

This warhorse of a jib has already done two trans-Atlantics.  We repaired and reinforced the batten pockets and reef zippers and replaced two broken battens.  Now it's ready for another trans-Atlantic.  Good luck Sevenstar.

Maybe it's Christmas

CCOD mains 001

Christmas, not just once a year.  Christmas in June.  All I want for Christmas . . . .  Two Christmas Cove One Design mainsails ready for inspection.

This is my favorite sailboat insignia.  I think that it evokes more about a boat and a place than any other sailboat insignia out there.  Agree?
